# Nodes & Devices

> Manage execution security and device access

The **Nodes** tab manages execution security and device access.

## Exec Approvals

Control what commands the AI can execute:

| Policy        | Security Level | Description                        |
| ------------- | -------------- | ---------------------------------- |
| **Deny**      | Most secure    | Block all exec commands            |
| **Allowlist** | Balanced       | Only pre-approved commands can run |
| **Full**      | Least secure   | Allow all commands                 |

The "Ask" policy controls whether the UI prompts you for approval:

* **Off** — never ask
* **On miss** — ask for unknown commands
* **Always** — ask before every command

## Device Management

View paired devices, rotate or revoke device tokens, and manage pending pairing requests.

Each device has scoped roles:

* **Operator** — full access
* **Admin** — configuration access
* **Read** — view-only
* **Write** — edit access
* **Approvals** — can approve exec requests
* **Pairing** — can pair new devices
